仕事内容:
アメリカ人女性がオーナー、マネージャーの会社です。
アメリカのような環境で「英語を使いながら」働きませんか？
※業務の7割は英語でのやりとりです。直属の上司はアメリカ人となります。業務を行う上で、現時点である程度英語でのコミュニケーション（会話、ライティング）がとれる必要がございます。
仙台市内で５ブランドの英会話スクール、アフタースクールを運営しています。
既存スクールの運営や新規事業の運営にも携わっていただきます。
業務内容（スクール事務）
- レッスンの準備（教材の準備、クラスルームの掃除等 ※スクールの清掃をしていただいているスタッフも他にいます。）
- イースター、ハロウィン、クリスマスなど年数回のイベントの実施
- 生徒様や親御様との連絡等（メールやスクールLINEにて）
- 体験レッスン後のスクールのご案内（無理なセールスやノルマはありません）
- その他事務作業やスクールの手入れ
※英語講師の募集ではございません。
当スクールでは、スクール以外にオンライン上で業務をしているスタッフがおります。皆でチャットなどを通し連携しながら業務を進めていきます。

Hi guys! Especially as we begin Xmas Show practice, I’d like us to pay special attention to parental involvement, particularly in KP classes.At our meeting in August, we discussed the importance of making parents take on a larger role in the classroom. I want to revisit a few points :- Parents should be standing, singing and dancing with kids…or in some cases without them. A child who is otherwise disengaged can be persuaded to join in if they see their parents having fun and learning.Parents model the behavior we want to see in their kids, and it better prepares them for coaching kids at home.If parents are not participating, tell them!Of course, the closer we get to the Xmas Show, kids will need to perform on their own. But please foster this kind of parent participation as a rule in your classroom.If you have a parent who continues to avoid responsibility and seems too shy to participate, tell me ASAP.- Having a bond with the parents is so important. Ultimately, if the parents are not having fun in the lesson, they are more likely to give up. It doesn’t matter how well kids are doing. How can you make your lessons fun for parents? What do you know about their interests, jobs, or experiences? Please think about it and how you can build better relationships with parents.
– Be sure to use eye contact and first names with parents. It makes them feel like you see them as people, not just Mama / Papa
– What can you do to get parents interacting with each other? Encourage lots of lateral Q&A between parents whenever possible.

勤務時間・曜日:
火曜〜金曜 12:30 – 21:30
土曜日 9:00 – 18:00
休暇・休日:
日、月休み。 その他スクールカレンダーによる長期休みがございます。
基本的に有給は全消化を目指しています。（時間単位での取得も奨励しています）

試用期間３ヶ月（条件変更なし）
